Amisha Pandey
Amisha Pandey is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and holds an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the renowned ABVIMS & Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi. With over 650 assessments and more than 1000 hours of therapeutic experience, Amisha has developed a comprehensive skill set, working with diverse clinical presentations, including intellectual disabilities, autism, neuropsychological disorders, and personality disorders, along with complex emotional and behavioural challenges such as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and substance use.
Amisha’s therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). In this structured, goal-oriented framework, she provides clients concrete tools to identify, challenge, and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. Her research and therapeutic experience, particularly in OCD has provided her with a nuanced understanding of its neuropsychological mechanisms, especially in distinguishing subtypes like contamination-focused and checking compulsions. This specialization enables her to provide tailored interventions to each client’s unique symptom profile, enhancing treatment effectiveness.
Amisha’s work extends beyond structured interventions; she also integrates existential and humanistic perspectives to address the broader, often abstract questions that many clients face, particularly in the post-COVID era where concerns about life’s meaning and purpose have become more salient. She draws on existential themes to help clients navigate questions about identity, purpose, mortality, and personal responsibility. This approach moves from a symptom-focused framework to a deeper exploration of the client’s values, beliefs, and the search for meaning—essentially addressing the “bigger picture” of what it means to live authentically and purposefully.
Amisha’s therapeutic philosophy is built on the belief that healing is a deeply personal journey. She respects each client’s path, honouring their experiences and inherent growth potential while creating a structured yet flexible environment where clients feel empowered to pursue changes that align with their core values and authentic selves.

Co-Founder and Managing Director
Mansur Farhat Yusufzai
As a young entrepreneur, Mansur brings his understanding and deep insights of having worked in some of the world’s largest media and events firms like Dentsu Aegis Network and WPP group companies, where he excelled at experiential marketing, brand & product launches, and activations. Often leading large teams of over 30 people, he is skilled in managing high performers. His work at the country’s largest B2B events and publication firm won him accolades and an early promotion to the youngest regional manager in the national office, even when the chips were down.
Engaging deeply with start-ups and working on campaign management for some of the most diverse and exciting firms, his rich and detailed insights in consumer behaviour translated into several large scale marketing campaigns across industries.
Subsequently, Mansur has gone on to spend time across geographies understanding mental health issues amongst his peer group who are seeing an early burnout and lack of support systems.
He, therefore, believes that it is time to kick-start a massive scale-up in investment in mental health. And he’d like to give back to the community by ensuring that they are happy and well- both physically and mentally.
