Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

At The Grey Circle, we strive to provide the best possible care and service to all our clients. We understand that life events can sometimes cause scheduling conflicts, and we appreciate your cooperation with our policies to ensure we can continue offering quality therapy services.

Cancellation Policy

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (clients who miss their appointment without prior notice) will be charged the full session fee.
  • We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Refund Policy

  • Prepaid sessions: If you have pre-paid for multiple sessions, cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be refunded for any unused sessions.
  • No-show or late cancellation: Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
  • Therapist-initiated cancellations: If your therapist must cancel a session, we will work with you to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the missed session.

Special Circumstances

  • If you are experiencing a personal or medical emergency, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
